Organizing Agency: Mundo de Aventuras - Travel & Expeditions (Lifetouris, Unipessoal Lda.)

The Mundo de Aventuras - Travel & Expeditions (hereinafter called Mundo de Aventuras) is a registered trademark of Lifetouris - Travel, Tourism and Tourist Animation, Unipessoal Lda. (Hereinafter referred to as Lifetouris), sole proprietorship company based at Rua de Diu no. 1C , 2nd Left, 2100-143 Coruche, Portugal, with a Registered Capital of € 5,000, registered at the Commercial Registration Office of Coruche with the unique registration number and legal person number 509993770, RNAVT 3143/2011 (consult the National Register of Agencies of Travel and Tourism for all the details about the agency, using our registration number for queries: 3143).

The present general conditions of participation are complemented by the particular conditions of participation in the travel program in which the customer subscribes, prevailing the particular conditions on the general ones in case of divergence.



1.1. Registration on a trip will be considered accepted after completing the respective form online or sending an email containing the date of the online form, together with the payment of 50% of the trip price (in some of our trips, other payment percentages may be established under the particular conditions).
1.2. If you purchase flights to Mundo de Aventuras (Lifetouris, Unipessoal Lda.), They must be paid in full at the time of your ticket issuance, which means an addition to the 50% sign already paid.
1.3. At the time of enrollment, the Client:
1.3.1. It assumes the obligation to have known and accepted the present general conditions of participation, as well as the particular conditions of participation in the program of the trip in which it is registered, which will include the conditions of the provision of services of each trip;
1.3.2. Declares that it is in good health conditions for the trip in which it is registered, assumes responsibility and accepts the possibility of taking risks inherent to the nature of the trip, namely those resulting from the impossibility of immediate access to medical care;
1.3.3. He declares that he is aware of the type of physical, cultural and psychological requirements that travel involves, which may lead to unforeseen situations, including personal and material damage, illness, setbacks and discomfort.
1.4. The organizing agency will be able to group, in pairs, by sex and in chronological order of enrollment, the Customers who register individually for the same trip and what to be isolated must pay a respective individual supplement.
1.5. The Client undertakes to pay the remainder of the price of the trip (50%) up to 30 days before the scheduled departure date. If the registration occurs 30 days or less from the date of departure, the total price of the trip must be paid at the time of registration, which is conditional upon obtaining confirmation of the reservation by all providers of services to provide on the trip concerned .
1.6. The Organizing Agency reserves the right to cancel any registration whose payment has not been made under the above conditions, subject to the expenses and charges set forth in point 11.​


2.1. The Client must have valid personal documents, such as the identity card, military documents, passport, visas, certificates of vaccines and others that may be required for the trip in which it is registered.
2.2. The organizing agency does not assume any responsibility for the refusal to grant visas or the client's non-entry permit in a foreign country, being the customer's responsibility any of these situations, as well as the costs inherent thereto, applying the conditions established for withdrawal of the journey in accordance with point 11.


The liability of the travel agency included in this program and arising from the obligations assumed is guaranteed by civil liability insurance in the insurance company LIBERTY SEGUROS (policy number 095/00244383/000, with a guaranteed amount of 75,000 euros ) in accordance with existing European legislation.

4. AIRPORT FEES (applicable when flights are purchased from Adventure World)

These fees are charged in some countries either on international flights or on domestic flights. They are never included in the price of the flight and must be paid by the traveler when required, if indicated otherwise.

5. TIMETABLE OF FLIGHTS AND OTHER TRANSPORTATION (applicable when services are purchased from Mundo de Aventuras)

The arrival and departure times will be according to the schedules of the transport companies, at the time of issuing the respective travel information, and indicated in the local time of their respective country, so they can be changed. Delays arising from technical or other matters relating to both the means of transport and the transport companies are to be noted.


6.1. The constant prices of each program are based on, among other factors, the costs of the services and the exchange rates prevailing at the date indicated in this program and are therefore subject to change resulting from changes in the cost of fuel or transportation, , exchange rates and fluctuations and taxes. The price of the trip includes the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force, whenever it is due.
6.2. The insurance made in favor of the Client is included in the price. It is valid only during the period of travel.
6.3. Full-board trips do not include meals that match airport transportation, flight times or airport waiting times at their prices.
6.4 Verifying a change in the price of the trip, the Customer shall be informed immediately, and the latter may, within the period stipulated thereafter, accept the increase or cancel its registration under the conditions established in point 10.
6.5. If you wish and it is possible to stay in a single room, it has an added value that varies depending on the trip and within each trip depending on the category of the room available. These values ​​will be posted in all external communications of the trip in which it is registered. If the value is not available in the respective communications, it will be communicated via phone or email.
6.6. A Client who does not purchase the flights to Adventure World may not have secured the arrival and departure transfers if their flights are not exactly the same as the flights reserved for the group. If the Client chooses to reserve to the World of Adventures the transfers for the flights bought by him, it implies the additional payment of the same ones that they vary according to the country of destination and the done program.


7.1. If a customer who is registered for a particular trip wishes to change his / her subscription to another trip or to another trip from a different date, if such a change is possible, he / she will pay a supplement to cover change expenses. However, where the change takes place 21 days or less in advance of the departure date of the trip to which the Customer is enrolled, or if the different travel service providers do not accept the change, he shall be subject to the costs and charges set out in point 11.
7.2.For reasons that justify it, the organizing agency is allowed to change the order of the routes and the hours of departure or to replace any of the hotels provided by others of the same category, without the client being entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.


During the trip:
8.1. No refund is due for scheduled services but not used by Customer;

8.2. Failure to provide services scheduled for travel for causes not attributable to the organizing agency, and if it is not possible to replace them with similar ones, gives the Client the right to be reimbursed for the difference between the price of scheduled services and those actually provided.


9.1. The Client may assign his / her registration and be replaced by another person who fulfills all the conditions required for the trip, provided that he / she informs the organizing agency at least 10 days in advance of the departure date and that the different providers of the services accept the replacement, otherwise it will be considered that the customer has withdrawn from the trip in accordance with point 11.
9.2. The transferor and the transferee are jointly and severally liable for payment of the price of the trip and for the additional charges incurred.


10.1. If for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency, it is unable to fulfill any essential service mentioned in the program of the trip chosen, the Client has the right to withdraw from the trip, being immediately reimbursed of all the amounts paid or, may choose to change the service or travel, with equivalent prices.
10.2. If such events that are not attributable to the organizing agency determine the cancellation of the trip, the Customer may choose to reimburse all the amounts paid or change his registration for another trip, of equivalent price.

10.3. If the trip chosen instead is of lower price, the Customer will be refunded of the difference.
10.4. If the minimum number of participants indicated in the chosen travel program is not met, the organizing agency can:
10.4.1. Maintain the carrying out of the trip with a reduced number of participants by means of a supplement payment under 6.4 or;
10.4.2. Opt to cancel the trip up to 15 days before departure by reimbursing the Client for all amounts paid, without any other responsibility on the part of the agency for termination.


If the client gives up the trip up to 61 days before the departure date and there are no services already reserved and paid, the amount of the already paid signs will be returned in full. If there are already booked and paid services, namely air tickets, train tickets and hotel accommodation, the amount to be refunded will be deducted the amounts paid to service providers.

If the Customer waives the trip within 60 days or less of the date of departure, he will have to pay all costs for which his registration and subsequent withdrawal take place - namely air tickets, train tickets, hotel accommodation and reservations with local operators - and still an amount that can reach 15% of the price of the trip. The Customer may be reimbursed for the difference between the amount already paid and the amounts referred to above.


12.1. Claims submitted in writing to the organizing agency where the registration and payment of the trip have been made can only be considered within a period not exceeding 8 days after the end of the service rendering. Such complaints can only be considered if they have also been participated to the suppliers of the services (hotel establishments, guides, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip, requiring the delivery of the respective documents proving the occurrence.
12.2. Any conflict arising from this service agreement shall be settled by the Judicial Court of the Region of Coruche, with express waiver of any other and for all matters not regulated by these General Conditions of Participation, the Portuguese Law shall apply.


13.1. The insurance marketed by Mundo de Aventuras is a product of an insurance company that will be specified for each trip. All travelers Mundo de Aventuras with domicile in Portuguese territory will be covered by a policy with specific numbering. Travel assistance will be provided by an international company whose designation will be specified for each trip. For all needs, a telephone number with a service helpline that operates 24 hours / 7 days a week will be indicated. In case of activation of travel insurance or assistance, you must provide all the evidence of the expenses incurred and of all the reports, be they medical, police or other.
13.2. When the Client does not purchase the flights to Adventure World, the above insurance is only valid for the land program on which the Client has registered.
13.3. From the moment the insurance or travel assistance is triggered, the traveler must deal directly with the respective insurance company. Mundo de Aventuras can not be held liable at any time for the evaluation that the insurance company may make of the occurrence.
